Standard Conditions of Sale.
All Goods are sold subject to these terms and conditions. Acceptance of your order in writing (including fax, email and PayPal buttons) and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. If a problem has been encountered we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible by the contact information you supply.
Prices and cost of carriage are shown on our price list and on-line catalogue. We will do our best to deliver within the time limits stated but cannot guarantee any delivery date.
All force majeure events shall relieve us of our obligation to deliver the goods without incurring any liability for loss or damage.
Failure to take delivery: If the Purchaser fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give us adequate instructions as to delivery then we may either store the Goods (for 30 days) then sell them off and / or refuse to accept further orders.
Payment by the Purchaser is in advance of delivery by credit card or PayPal. We may, at our discretion, open an account with the Purchaser.
Title and Risk: Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery.
Refunds on correctly delivered goods are offered at our discretion.
We warrant that for a period of 12 months from delivery, the Goods will be of satisfactory
quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979). General wear and tear, misuse or damage due to poor fitting is not covered by our guarantee.
Intellectual Property: We reserve all copyrights, all other intellectual property rights embodied in the Goods and website.
